Bonus Programs
Once you have chosen to work with Staffing Helpers, it is our goal to keep you satisfied, so you will continue to work with us. To promote and reward you for your loyalty we offer the following bonus programs:
Loyalty Program
This bonus is paid based upon the hours worked in a quarter and is a reward for your performance during this time frame. This is a unique program to Staffing Helpers and includes both cash and PTO rewards.
Refer A Friend Program
We believe that good people tend to attract good people. If you know of someone that would be interested in working with us, please let us know. If they are hired, we will pay you a referral fee!
